Water Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: October 27, 2026

By using Water you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Water. Contact: drewharts8@gmail.com.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Water has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post notes, comments, photos, names or profile pictures that are hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, illegal, spam, or that infringe someone else's rights. We may remove any content and suspend or delete any account that breaks these rules, without notice.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any note, photo, comment or user, and block any user, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove users who post it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Water a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show and distribute it inside Water and in materials promoting Water. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Water information

Water facts and photos come from users and from Open Food Facts and may be wrong. Don't rely on them for health or safety decisions.

Apple

These terms are between you and Water, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Water or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

No warranty and limits

Water is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Water is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (zero, for a free app).

Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use Water means you accept the new terms.
